Glazed Mini Meatloaf

- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, homemade
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- granulated garlic
Directions

1Rinse quinoa thoroughly with hot water and cook in 1 1/2 cup of water for about 20 minutes.

2Mix and combine until uniform ground meat, cooked quinoa, egg, bread crumbs and spices.

3Shape the mixture into 4 oval loaves, flatten them a little and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4Brush the mini meatloaves with glaze and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 200°C.

5Glaze: mix ketchup and mustard until smooth.

6Serve with mashed potatoes and seasonal salad.
