- 4 cups nuts
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 ounces butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300.

2Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in sugar.

3Melt butter in a large pat 10x15x1 (I use jelly roll pan).

4Add nuts to egg mix and stir to coat each nut.

5Press into butter and spread one layer thick.

6Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until all butter is absorbed.

7Spread nuts on brown paper to cool.

8Break apart any nuts that are stuck together.

9May be stored for several weeks in a sealed container.
