- 30 pearl onions, blanched in boiling water 2 minutes, drained, peeled
- 1/3 cup water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450F.

2Melt butter in large oven-proof skillet over medium heat.

3Add onions and saute until golden, about 12 minutes.

4Stir in 1/3 cup water.

5Transfer skillet to oven and cook until onions are tender and glazed, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.

6Season to taste with salt and pepper.

7Transfer to bowl and serve.
