- 1 egg white, beaten lightly with 1 Tbsp. water
- 3 c. pecans
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. each: cloves and nutmeg
Directions

1Mix cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Stir nuts in egg white to coat. Add other ingredients and stir well. Spread on cookie sheet (foil lined). Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Stir a few times while baking.
