Glazed Pecans

  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Toast pecans on baking sheet at 300° for 8 minutes. Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt and 5 tablespoons water in saucepan.

    Cook to soft ball stage.

    Remove from heat.

    Add vanilla and pecans. Stir until mixture cools.

    Spread on waxed paper. Separate pecans.
