  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. pecan halves

    Cook first 4 ingredients to soft ball stage.

    Remove from heat.

    Add pecans and vanilla.

    Stir until creamy and pecans are coated.

    Turn onto foil and separate.
