- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

1Preheat oven to 290 degrees

2Beat on egg white and 1 T water until stiff peaks form.

3In a large plastic bag mix 1 c sugar,. 1 t salt, and 1-2 t cinnamon.

4Add pecan halves to the egg whites, covering.

5Spoon Pecans into ziplock bag and shake to mix and cover the pecans

6Pour onto baking sheet with edges or roasting pan and spread into thin layer.

7Bake for 1 hour, mixing at least 2 times with spatula to avoid burned spots and ensure pecans bake thoroughly.
