- 8 c. popcorn
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. firmly packed granulated sugar
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O gelatin (any flavor)
Directions

1Place popcorn in a large bowl.

2Heat butter and syrup in a saucepan over low heat.

3Stir in granulated sugar and gelatin; bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Immediately pour this mixture over popcorn, tossing it to coat well.

5Spread popcorn on aluminum foil lined 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Spread evenly.

6Bake at 300° for 10 minutes.

7Cool.

8Remove from pan and break into small pieces.

9Makes about 2 quarts.
