- 2 (2 lb.) ducks, split in half
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. allspice or cinnamon
- 1 medium onion (in rings)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except duck and onions to form glaze. Pour over duck.

2Place onion rings over duck and roast in shallow pan at 400° for 1 hour.

3Baste often.

4Season to taste.
