- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- bread crumbs
- salt and red pepper to taste
- parsley, chopped
Directions

1Chop cabbage fine and boil until very tender in salted water; drain. Wilt onion in oleo. When wilted, add cheese in hunks and allow to melt over low heat.

2When melted, add soup.

3Blend. Add cabbage and mix well.

4Add about 1/2 cup bread crumbs and parsley. Season to taste.

5Put in greased 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves about 8.
