- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 pork chops (approximately 1/2-inch thick)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Cook chops in hot oil over medium heat with onions until browned on both sides.

2Spoon off fat.

3Stir in soup and water. Reduce heat to low.

4Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are tender.

5Makes 6 servings.
