  • 1 large red jello
  • 2 c. sugar
  • No. 2 can crushed pineapple
  • 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. rice, 2 c. water)
  • 1 pt. whipped cream
  • 1 cup pecans, broken

    Drain pineapple.

    Add water to make 2 c. liquid.

    Bring liquid to boil.

    Pour over Jello and stir until dissolved.

    Let stand until thickened.

    Add pineapple, rice, and nuts.

    Refrigerate until almost jelled, then fold in whipped cream.
