- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley

- 1 finely chopped onion
- blanched almonds or sunflower seeds

2Combine all ingredients except the almonds or sunflower seeds and place in oiled casserole dish. Top with the almonds or sunflower seeds. Bake 35 minutes. Healthy and nutritious!
