- 1/2 c. soy flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. gluten free baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk or soy milk
Directions

1Mix ingredients together and bake in a greased muffin pan at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
