  • 2 c. Do-Pep
  • 3/4 c. walnuts, chopped fine
  • 1 medium onion, half sauteed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 c. water
  • vegetable broth or tomato juice
  • 3 bay leaves

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients; add all at once to 2 cups water. Stir quickly with a whisk.

    Form into a roll.

    Place in glass loaf pan.

    Cover with vegetable broth or tomato juice.

    Scatter 3 bay leaves on top.

    Bake at 300° for 2 hours.
