- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy flour
- 3 Tbsp. brewer's yeast flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Accent (optional)
- 1 2/3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Gradually mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and knead dough.

2Roll half at a time on board on wet surface.

3Slice off 1/2-inch at a time.

4Keep your hands wet and press slices flat.

5Drop one at a time into broth and cook 25 minutes.

6Keep cover on and stir once in awhile.
