Ingredients
- 2 beef t-bone steaks
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 14 teaspoon celery salt
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar (add more as needed per directions)
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar (add more as needed per directions)
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar, loose and free as the pursuit of happiness (add more as needed per directions)

1Put yourself in a happy frame of mind for this is truly Gods prepay.

3Keep up the good work.

4Get yourself a freakin medium sized bowl and put the ranch dressing powder in it.

5Pile on onion powder like some kind of silly monkey.

6Now add garlic powder and lemon pepper.

7Follow with the celery salt.

8Mix in cider vinegar.
-
9Mix in balsamic vinegar until the whole mix turns from paste to liquid.

10Mix in the brown sugar.
-
11The mixture should be the consistency of syrup.

12If not, add balsamic vinegar until the consistency is that of a thin syrup.

13Microwave the entire mix for about 1.5 minutes and stir it all up well.

14Put the mix in the refrigerator and let chill.

15After its cooled, taste the mix to see if its too tart.

16If it is too tart, add in a little more brown sugar.

17If it is too sweet, add in some cider vinegar.

18Balance it to your taste.

19It should taste like the best steak youve every had.

20Marinate the steaks in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator for 2 to 5 hours.

215 hours is best.

22The longer the steaks marinate, the more tender they will be.

23Before putting the steaks on the grill, let them reach room temperature first.

24This will help them cook properly when placed on the grill.

25Do not discard the marinade yet.

26Cook the steaks on a grill directly over the heat.
-
27Make sure the steaks cook on the first side before you turn them.

28A slight amount of charring is good but dont burn them up.

29Before cooking the steaks on the other side, put them back into the marinade bag then place them back on the grill and cook on other side.

30(When the hot steak comes in contact with the cold marinade, it will absorb a bit more of the marinade flavor).

31Now discard the remaining marinade.

32Keep checking to make sure the steaks are done but not over cooked or over charred.

33Let the steak rest for a few minutes before eating.
