  • 3 lb. broiler fryer
  • 5 c. corn flakes (or 1 1/4 c. crushed)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 c. stock or water
  • 8 canned peach halves
  • Reynolds wrap

    Prepare chicken for roasting.

    Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion

    cook until tender.

    Stir in seasoning and stock.

    Add corn flake crumbs, tossing lightly.
