- 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Stir thoroughly the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.

2Combine egg, sour cream and oil.

3Add to dry ingredients; stir just until blended.

4Preheat corn stick pans; grease generously.

5Fill pans 2/3 full.
