- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. peach jello
- 1 Tbsp. lemon jello
- 2 c. fresh sliced peaches
Directions

1Put cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan.

2Slowly add water and cook until thick.

3Remove from heat and add jello.

4Set this mixture in refrigerator until it begins to set.

5When it starts to thicken, add peaches.

6Return to refrigerator and when it has thickened again, put into the pie shell.

7Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

8Serve each piece with whipped cream.
