  • 1 lb. bologna
  • 3/4 lb. cheese
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickles, chopped
  • 12 buns
  • butter

    Grind bologna and cheese.

    Add mustard, mayonnaise, onion and sweet pickles.

    Mix well.

    Cut buns in half.

    Butter buns and fill with meat mixture.

    Wrap in wax paper and heat at 325° for 25 minutes.
