  • 1 box (2 layer size) yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix these and pour over crumb mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

    Cool and cut into small squares.

    Very rich!!!
