  • 1 egg
  • 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box (4 c.) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

    Beat the first 3 ingredients together with mixer (will be gooey).

    Put in glass dish and pat down.

    Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.

    Mix the last 4 ingredients; pour over nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Will look gooey in the middle.
