Ingredients
- goose, diced
- 3 onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Soak goose overnight in salt water (optional).

2Place goose in pot of water (1/4 full); add dry onion flakes and celery seed. Bring to a boil, then simmer until goose is done, approximately 1 to 3 hours.

3When tender, remove goose; let cool.

4Take meat off bones and cut into bite-size pieces.

5Cook until soft, onions and celery.

6Add rest of ingredients, stir and let simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
