- 2 cans gooseberries
- 1/4 c. tapioca or cornstarch
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine berries, tapioca and sugar. Pour into pie shell.

2Dot with butter, if desired. Cover with top pie shell.

3Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake until brown, about 45 minutes.
