- 8 pieces Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Roma Tomatoes, Diced (about 4)
- 8 ounces, weight Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1 package Phyllo Cups

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Cook bacon until crisp.

3Drain on a paper towel, then chop or crumble.

4Dice tomatoes.

5Mix bacon, tomatoes and Gorgonzola cheese together in a bowl.

6Spoon into Phyllo cups until just mounded.

7Place on a baking sheet.

8Cook for 20 minutes until slightly browned on top/edges.

9Serve hot/warm will be very hot to pop in your mouth so let it cool slightly.
