- 1/4 lb. gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 C. diced sun dried tomatoes
- 2 T. toasted pine nuts
- Medium pasta shells
- Garnish:
- Parmasean
- Parsley
Directions

1Melt whip cream and butter in a small saucepan.

2Add gorgonzola cheese and stir constantly.
