  • 3/4 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/4 lb. gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 C. diced sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 T. toasted pine nuts
  • Medium pasta shells
  • Garnish:
  • Parmasean
  • Parsley

Directions

    Melt whip cream and butter in a small saucepan.

    Add gorgonzola cheese and stir constantly.

    Cook past until al dente.

    Pour cheese mixture over pasta shells, top with sun dried tomatoes, garnish with parm/parsley
