  • Gouda cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten and mixed with water

    Thaw 2 pastry shells.

    Roll into circles.

    Wrap Gouda into circles.

    Pinch and seal with water.

    Slit holes in top.

    Brush top with egg and water mixture.

    Refrigerate for 3 hours.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 450°, for 15 minutes at 375° and then set for 45 minutes.
