Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel Tomatoes
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle spicy hot V8
  • chopped onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Brown ground meat until pink. Drain off grease.

    Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Stir and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.

    Salt and pepper to taste. If mixture thickens to much add more water.

    Serve with corn chips and cheese, cornbread, or garlic bread.
