- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, brown and drain
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can green beans and liquid
- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 tsp. salt
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles until tender.

2In blender, mix tomatoes, onion and liquid from green beans and salt. Mix all ingredients.

3Pour into crock-pot and simmer several hours.

4Serve topped with Cheddar cheese and crackers. Serves 3 to 4.
