  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) box elbow macaroni
  • 4 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 small (1 lb.) box Velveeta
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper

    Cook macaroni.

    Drain.

    While macaroni is cooking, brown ground meat and onion with salt to taste.

    Add all ingredients in large pot or Dutch oven.

    Cook on low until cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended, stirring often to prevent sticking. Serves 8.
