- 2 lb. carrots, sliced and half cooked
- 1 small pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine in saucepan tomato soup, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.

2Bring to a boil.

3Stir until blended.

4Pour over carrots, peppers and onions. Refrigerate overnight.
