Ingredients

  • 8 or 9-inch pie shell
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 7 oz. drained and flaked crab meat
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
  • 1/2 c. scallions
  • bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except the last two.

    Pat the bottom of pie shell with little dabs of butter before putting in ingredients.

    Pour ingredients into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
