- 8 oz. Brie or Camembert cheese
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. fine breadcrumbs
- oil (for deep frying)
Directions

1Cut the cheese into bite size pieces.

2Spread the flour on a square of waxed paper.

3Beat the egg with a fork and mix well with the milk in a shallow bowl.

4Spread the breadcrumbs on another square of waxed paper.

5Heat oil in a deep fat fryer or wok to 325°.

6Dip the pieces of cheese in flour, shaking off excess.

7Dip in the egg and milk mixture and roll in breadcrumbs.

8Deep fry for 10 to 15 seconds or until golden brown.

9Serve immediately.
