- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Soak tarragon in warm water 10 minutes.

2Combine peas, cucumber, salt and tarragon mixture in large saucepan.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cover and simmer 5 minutes.

5Drain well.

6Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice in small saucepan and heat thoroughly.

7Serve sauce over hot vegetables.
