  • 4 qt. water
  • 4 c. grapefruit juice
  • 3 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 3 (6 oz.) cans frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale, chilled
  • fresh strawberries and lime slices (garnish)

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.

    Pour mixture into a large freezer container or into 2 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) dishes; cover and freeze until firm.

    Partially thaw mixture; break into chunks and transfer to a punch bowl.

    Gently stir in ginger ale just before serving.

    Garnish.

    Yields 2 1/4 gallons.
