- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 (1 lb.) box graham crackers, crumbled
- 3 egg whites, beaten
Directions

1Beat the egg whites until stiff.

2Combine the oil, sugar, egg yolks, milk, salt, baking powder and cracker crumbs; mix well. Fold in beaten egg whites.

3Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
