Graham Cracker Cookies

  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 c. pecans
  • 1 box Keebler graham crackers

Directions

    Butter 10 x 15 pan. Fill with graham crackers, broken apart. Bring to a boil butter and sugar and boil for 2 minutes. No more. Add pecans and pour over crackers. Bake at 325° for 10 to 12 minutes. Separate with fork and put on foil at once. Keep in Tupperware container in refrigerator. Keeps up to 2 to 3 weeks. Do not freeze.
