  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c. walnuts or pecans
  • 32 graham crackers, broken
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream oleo, sugar and egg yolks together.

    Add milk, walnuts or pecans, vanilla and crackers.

    Beat egg whites until fluffy, about 2 minutes.

    Fold into batter with spoon.

    Bake in lined muffin tin for 15 minutes at 400°.
