Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 pkg. gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 12 graham crackers
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Crush graham crackers and add sugar and melted butter.

2Press graham cracker mixture into bottom of bowl. Set aside.

3In a large bowl, soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Beat egg yolks.

4Add sugar and milk. Cook until slightly thickened.

5Pour hot mixture over softened gelatin and stir until smooth.

6Chill until slightly thickened.

7Beat egg whites until stiff and add to chilled mixture, also add vanilla and whipped cream.

8Pour mixture over graham cracker crust.

9Chill until ready to serve.
