- 6 to 8 lb. chicken breasts and broth
- 1 lb. Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1 tsp. poppy seed
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
- 2 cans creamy chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream (if desired)
- stalk of celery
- 1 to 2 c. water
- 1/2 onion
Directions

1Cook chicken, stalk of celery and onion in 1 to 2 cups of water; debone chicken.

2Mix crumbled crackers, butter and poppy seed and put half in bottom of pan (use large pan).

3Put a mixture of chicken, soups and broth over crackers, then top with the other half of crumbs.

4Bake until bubbly and brown.

5Can be cut in halves or thirds.
