- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with whole graham crackers.

2Melt the margarine in a pan and add sugar, egg and milk.

3Cook until boiling.

4Add coconut, pecans and 1 cup ground graham crackers. Mix together.

5Pour over whole crackers in pan.

6Top with whole crackers; press down slightly.

7Top with icing.

8Refrigerate. This is best if made the day before.
