- graham crackers
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Directions

1Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil, dull side up. Spray with Pam.

2Break crackers into small sections at the perforations.

3Lay crackers close together (within 1/8 to 1/4-inch).

4In a medium saucepan, bring the margarine, sugar and flavoring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers.

5Sprinkle with pecans.

6Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in 350° oven.

7Remove immediately and sprinkle with chocolate chips, if desired.

8Cool on wire rack.

9Break into sections; store in refrigerator.
