- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. minute tapioca
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. graham crackers (rolled)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 egg, well beaten

2Scald lowfat milk in double boiler.

4Cook till tapioca is clear (about 15 min), stirring frequently.
