  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3 cups 2% milk
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 cups graham crumbs
  • 4 cups toasted, chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar until thick and lemon coloured.

    Add milk, butter and vanilla.

    Set aside.

    Combine all dry ingredients, mixing well.

    Add egg mixture and stir until well blended.

    Pour batter into a greased 20 x 12 inch pan and bake in convection oven at 325F for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

    Serve topped with custard if desired.
