  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. box brown sugar
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. flour (reserve 1/2 c. for fruit and nuts)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 2 boxes raisins or dates
  • 1 lb. cherries (red and green)
  • 1 lb. pineapple (mixed colors)
  • 6 to 8 c. nuts
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

    Add eggs, flour, flavoring and spices.
