  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. scalded milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar and salt.

    Slowly add milk and vanilla. Pour into custard cups or a dish.

    Bake in 325° oven until knife comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
