- 1 c. 2% milk (not skim)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients and cook over moderate heat until tender, about 20 minutes, stirring often.

2Add next 2 ingredients and remove from heat.
