  • 1/2 c. raw rice
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. 2% milk (not skim)
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients and cook over moderate heat until tender, about 20 minutes, stirring often.

    Add next 2 ingredients and remove from heat.
