- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (small)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 c. Bacardi rum
- 1/2 c. Mazola oil
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Grease 12-cup Bundt pan.

2Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pan. In a large bowl, mix well the cake and pudding mix.

3Add eggs, milk, rum and oil.

4Beat until smooth.

5Pour over chopped nuts. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, test with a toothpick.

6Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan onto serving dish and prick top and sides with a fork.
