- 4 whole Roma Tomatoes
- 2 whole Large Serrano Chiles, (deseed If You'd Like A Milder Taste)
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
- 5 sprigs Cilantro
- 2 dashes Salt (add Enough To Desired Taste)
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice ( Or Enough To Flavor And Thin The Salsa To Desired Consistency)
Directions

1Hull the stem off tomatoes and remove stems from chiles.

2Chop tomatoes and chilis into quarters.

3Add to a food processor the tomatoes, chile, minced garlic and cilantro.

4Puree.

5Add desired amount of lime juice and salt.

6Mix well and serve.

7The salsa will have small chunks in it.

8It doesnt need to be smooth.

9Serve with tortilla chips!

10Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

11Makes about 2 cups.
